I was wanting to create my own flag & was wondering what applications you guys were using? I know you can make the image on paint but what animator is people using? Any info would help out a lot! Thanks! | |

too bad huh [Added at 11/06/2016 19:16:51 by SM-Oracle] well i used ulead gif animator 5 and took clips from animes i had in my collection :P
in the end these days people will encode stuff in formats that might not be compatible in ulead gif animator 5 anymore though, so don't be surprised if you need to recode em from mkr to avi or something
the flags i made in the past were mostly for when the limit for flag sizes were like 1/5th of what they are now so the possibilities are much more interesting now fyi. | |
