Coming back after god knows how many years since I last touched this game. I think I promoted way too fast now I'm going up against monsters in wasteland way to high level for me and I end up just dying when I keep searching and running lol... I've put my money into the bank so I don't lose it when I die but I'm stuck using the tier 2 armor and gun and I'm not sure what else I can do at this point.. Any suggestions?
